You can delete your TINE account at any time.
In the app: open App Settings and choose Delete My Account. You will be asked to type your account email address to confirm. Your account is then scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period, and you can cancel during those 30 days from the same screen. After that, everything below is permanently deleted.
By email: send a message to support@tinehunt.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account, profile, hunting preferences, saved units and searches, calendar items, and Ask TINE conversation history.
What is kept: records of purchases, refunds, and disputes, for seven years as required for tax and accounting, with your identity reduced to what those records need. Nothing else.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google: deleting your TINE account does not cancel that subscription — cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) so you are not charged again.
